About us
We provide dependable, well-prepared criminal advocacy services to solicitors and law firms across Sussex and the South East. Whether instructed at short notice for a mention hearing or to conduct a contested trial, our focus is always the same: meticulous preparation, clear communication and thoughtful, strategic advocacy.
Sarah Morgan-Kelly (Founder and Director) is a Solicitor with over 20 years' post-qualification experience. Sarah is also a qualified Solicitor-Advocate in criminal practice. Her specific experience combines extensive legal expertise with a practical and commercial approach.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and recently served as a Magistrate for some years, Sarah brings a unique perspective to every instruction, understanding not only the legal issues in a case, but also the practical realities faced by instructing solicitors and their clients.
We appreciate that when a firm instructs an external advocate, they are placing their reputation in someone else's hands. That is why we place particular emphasis on reliability, responsiveness and thorough preparation. Papers are reviewed carefully, communication is prompt and straightforward, and detailed attendance notes are provided following every hearing.
Our aim is simple: to become the trusted advocate that local firms can rely upon when quality, professionalism and sound judgement matter most.
